Capital Trust Ltd approves Rs. 350 crores debenture issue

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital Trust Ltd at its meeting held on January 22, 2016, has approved a issue of Listed, Rated, Secured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCD") of INR 200,00,00,000/- (INR Two Hundred Crores) plus Green Shoe Option of INR 150,00,00,000/- (INR One Hundred Fifty Crores) on private placement basis.

Shares of CAPITAL TRUST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.192 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 199.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16951 in over 140 trades.
