Idea Cellular Ltd allots 57450 shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Idea Cellular Ltd has at its meeting held on January 21, 2016 allotted 57,450 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006) and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS-2013).

Further the Company has informed that, post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,600,417,056 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 36,004,170,560/-.

Shares of IDEA CELLULAR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.106.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 113.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2705140 in over 12349 trades.
