Pantaloons Fashion & Retail Ltd allots 11597 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2013

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of Pantaloons Fashion & Retail Ltd has on January 21, 2016, allotted 11,597 (Eleven Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety Seven) Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each ("said shares"), pursuant to exercise of Stock Options under the ESOS-2013. The said Shares will rank pan passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.

Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company will increase from Rs. 92,79,35,290 (9,27,93,529 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each) to 92,80,51,260 (9,28,05,126 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each).

Shares of Pantaloons Fashion & Retail Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.209 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 208.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4875 in over 321 trades.
