Mphasis Ltd announces exercise of 2500 Employee Stock Options

Mphasis Ltd has announced the exercise of 2500 Employee Stock Option (ESOP) under the scheme ESOP 2012 which has been approved vide exercise register dated January 13, 2016.

The terms and time period of exercise of the ESOPs is as per the relevant ESOP Scheme.

Shares of MPHASIS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.445 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 451.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5653 in over 581 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 451.8 and intraday low of 444.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2535655.
