Zee Learn Ltd allots 52004 Shares upon exercise of Stock Option

The ESOP Allotment Sub-Committee of Zee Learn Ltd at its meeting held on January 19, 2016 has approved allotment of total 52,004 equity shares consisting of 17,500 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 14.50 per Equity Share, 33,004 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 20.85 per Equity Share and 1,500 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 26.05 per Equity Share, under the ZLL - ESOP, 2010 Scheme - AMENDED 2015.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 320,423,922 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating Rs. 320,423,922 to 320,475,926 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating Rs. 320,475,926/-.

Shares of ZEE LEARN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.37.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 32.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 82906 in over 902 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 38.7 and intraday low of 31.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3000462.
