IQMS Software EGM approves preferential issue, induction of new directors

IQMS Software Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on August 06, 2007, inter alia, have transacted, considered and accorded the following:

The EGM of shareholders unanimously approved the induction of New Directors namely L V Ramnarayan, Dr. D Carol, Dr. Vivek Hebbar and Mr. P Ramnath.

The EGM of Shareholders welcomed the New Orders bagged by the Company and the restructuring path being followed by the Company.

The EGM of Shareholders has consented for issuing equity on preferential basis to Strategic Investors / Investors for business growth as per the agenda set in the notice.
