UFO Moviez India Ltd approves allotment of 824525 equity shares under Employees Stock Options Schemes

The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of UFO Moviez India Ltd in its meeting held on January 12, 2016 had allotted equity shares of Rs.10/- each pursuant to exercise of the employees stock options under employee stock option schemes of the Company.

184,190 equity shares were allotted under UFO-Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006 and 640,335 equity shares under UFO-Employee Stock Option Scheme 2010.
