Yes Bank Ltd approves allotment of 216895 Shares

Yes Bank Ltd has allotted 2,16,895 (Two Lakhs Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Five) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on January 11, 2016 under the JESOP V, PESOPII and PESOPII - 2010 Plans.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,19,49,91,950 consisting of 41,94,99,195 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,19,71,60,900 consisting of 41,97,16,090 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of YES BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.672.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 682.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 315007 in over 8237 trades.
