Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd allots 2736 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2013

Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has allotted 2,736 (Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty Six) Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each on January 09, 2016 pursuant to exercise of Stock Options under the Company's Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS-2013). All the said Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects.

The Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 1,30,20,49,610 (13,02,04,961 fully paid - up equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each) to Rs. 1,30,20,76,970 (13,02,07,697 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each).
