Tech Mahindra allots 87478 shares

The Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd has on January 08, 2016 passed resolution for issue and allotment of a total of 87478 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants.

13240 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000, 14450 equity shares on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006 and 1500 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2014.

37108 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013 and 21180 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.
