Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd approves allotment of 14781 Equity Shares

Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has allotted 14,781 equity shares of Rs. 10 each on January 06, 2016, pursuant to exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006 and Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013. All the said Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects.

The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 1,30,19,01,800 (13,01,90,180 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) to Rs. 1,30,20,49,610 (13,02,04,961 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each).

Shares of ADITYA BIRLA NUVO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2340.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2256.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28970 in over 3735 trades.
