Bharati Shipyard Ltd allots 2647313 warrants at Rs. 22

The Board of Directors of Bharati Shipyard Ltd at its meeting held on January 07, 2016 have approved for issuance and allotment of 2647313 convertible warrants at Rs.22/- per warrant on preferential basis to M/s. Edelweiss Finance & Investments Limited in compliance with all statutory and relevant regulations.

The Company has received 25% amount towards the issue price i.e. Rs.5.50 per warrant, totaling to Rs.1,45,60,221.50 from M/s. Edelweiss Finance & Investments Limited.

Accordingly, the Company have allotted on January 07, 2016, 2647313 convertible warrants to M/s. Edelweiss Finance & Investments Limited.

Shares of BHARATI SHIPYARD LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.35.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 33.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 46320 in over 243 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 35.5 and intraday low of 32.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1618288.
