Majesco Ltd allots 118876 Equity Shares

At a meeting of Investor Grievances and Stakeholder Relationship Committee on January 07, 2016, 118876 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) were allotted to employees who exercised their vested options under Majesco Ltd's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 22,975,087 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 114,875,435/-.
