Deepak Nitrite Ltd approves allotment of Equity Shares to QIBs

The Project Funding Committee of Board of Directors of Deepak Nitrite Ltd, at its meeting held on January 06, 2016, has approved the allotment of 1,17,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at a price of Rs. 70.90 per Equity Share (including premium of Rs. 68.90 per Equity Share).

Consequent to the said allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 20,90,76,380 consisting of 10,45,38,190 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 23,25,76,380 consisting of 11,62,88,190 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of DEEPAK NITRITE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.73 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 74.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 29763 in over 164 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 73.65 and intraday low of 72.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2173821.
