Trident Ltd approves allotment of 417016 shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Trident Ltd in its meeting held on January 01, 2016 has approved allotment of 417,016 (Four lacs seventeen thousand sixteen only) equity shares of INR 10/- (Rupees ten only) each to the Employees of the Company pursuant to exercise of options in terms of Trident Employee Stock Options Plan, 2007.

Consequent to aforesaid allotments, the Paid Up Share Capital of the Company stands increased to INR 5,693,710,260/- (Rupees five hundred sixty nine crore thirty seven lacs ten thousand two hundred sixty only) comprising of Equity Share Capital of INR 5,093,710,260/- and Preference Share Capital of INR 600,000,000/-.

Shares of TRIDENT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.57.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 57.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 151013 in over 829 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 58.45 and intraday low of 57.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8740607.
