Strides Arcolab Ltd allots 8628028 Equity Shares

In respect of the Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), the QIP Committee of Strides Arcolab Ltd at its meeting held on December 23, 2015, has approved allotment of 8,628,028 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs 1,278/- per share (including a premium of Rs. 1,268/- per share).

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 806,429,500 consisting of 80,642,950 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 892,709,780 consisting of 89,270,978 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of STRIDES ARCOLAB LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1290.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1300.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23355 in over 1325 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1305.4 and intraday low of 1280. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 30103766.
