DCB Bank Limited approves allotment of 246790 Equity Shares under ESOP

DCB Bank Ltd has allotted 2,46,790 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on December 23, 2015, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 28,38,88,463 shares of Rs.10/- each.
