Lupin Ltd approves allotment of 99838 equity shares

The Allotment Committee of Directors of Lupin Ltd at its meeting held on December 22, 2015 has allotted 99838 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. These shares have been allotted upon exercising of options granted to the employees under Stock option plans of the Company.

In view of the above, the issued and paid up capital of the Company has been increased to Rs. 90,09,92,884 consisting 45,04,96,442 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of LUPIN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1785.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1801.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 38413 in over 2222 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1808 and intraday low of 1783.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 68881324.
