The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Fortis Malar Hospitals Ltd has approved allotment of 3750 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each, to the grantee(s), upon exercise of vested stock options.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 186017590 /- divided into 18601759 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
