eClerx Services Ltd approves allotment of 10180609 Bonus shares

The Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of eClerx Services Ltd, vide its resolution dated December 21, 2015, approved the issue and allotment of 10,180,609 Bonus shares of Rs. 10/- each to the members of the Company as on the Record Date i.e. December 18, 2015.

Consequent to this allotment, the paid up and issued capital of the Company, stands increased from 30,541,829 of Rs. 10/- each to 40,722,438 of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of ECLERX SERVICES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1410 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1457.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2080 in over 454 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1475 and intraday low of 1401. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2979784.
