Polaris Consulting & Services Limited approves allotment of 9200 Equity shares under ASOP

The Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of Directors of Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd vide its circular resolution approved on December 21, 2015 has approved, the allotment of 9,200 numbers of Equity Shares of Rs.5/- each to 6 (Six) Associates under ASOP 2003 Scheme and 9,200 numbers of Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each to 8 (Eight) Associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme.
