The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of IIFL Holdings Ltd by way of circular resolution(s) dated December 19, 2015, allotted 6,25,000 equity shares to the eligible person(s) upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from equity shares 31,48,01,854 to 31,54,26,853 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
