HDFC approves allotment of 262560 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

On December 18, 2015 Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd allotted 2,62,560 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 315,74,66,440 consisting of 157,87,33,220 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

Shares of HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1239 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1219.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 133326 in over 1899 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1244.05 and intraday low of 1204. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 163053869.
