Syndicate Bank issues Rs. 750 crores worth bonds

Syndicate Bank has issued unsecured redeemable non-convertible Basel III Compliant 10 year Tier II Bonds in the nature of debentures (Bonds) for inclusion in Tier II Capital aggregating to Rs. 750.00 Crore.

The issue is fully subscribed.

Shares of SYNDICATE BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.86.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 84.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 127134 in over 958 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 87.3 and intraday low of 85.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10974311.
