Yes Bank Ltd approves allotment of 103080 Shares

Yes Bank Ltd has allotted 1,03,080 (One Lac Three Thousand Eighty) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on December 11, 2015 under the JESOP II, JESOP IV, JESOP V, PESOP I and PESOP II - 2010 Plans. The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,19,21,83,650 consisting of 41,92,18,365 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,19,32,14,450 consisting of 41,93,21,445 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of YES BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.680.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 706.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 722534 in over 15425 trades.
