Era Constructions Updates on conversion of Warrants

Era Constructions India Ltd has announced in respect of funds raised by the Company in the quarter ended June 30, 2007:

1. Upon conversion of 44,90,000 convertible warrants into Equity Shares, a sum of Rs 4849.2 Lacs were received which has been utilized for working capital.

2. Against allotment of 55,00,000 convertible warrants a sum of Rs 2337.5 Lacs were received which has been utilized for working capital.
