Zee Learn Ltd approves allotment of 85799 Shares upon exercise of Stock Option

Consequent to exercise of Stock Options granted by Zee Learn Ltd under its ESOP Scheme, the Company has on December 09, 2015 allotted total 85799 Equity shares consisting of 14000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 26.05 per Equity Share, 16100 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 14.50 per Equity Share, 41949 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 20.85 per Equity Share and 13750 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 35.25 per Equity Share under the existing ZLL - ESOP, 2010 Scheme.

Consequent to the above allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 320,194,208 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating Rs. 320,194,208 to 320,280,007 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating Rs. 320,280,007/-.

Shares of ZEE LEARN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.39.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 38.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 72314 in over 639 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 39.9 and intraday low of 38.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2835732.
