Ramco Systems Ltd approves allotment of 36687 shares

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Ramco Systems Ltd at its meeting held December 08, 2015 has approved an allotment of 36,687 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, being the exercise of 7,028 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008 (ESOS 2008), 3,308 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan A (ESOS 2009 - Plan A), 3,736 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan B (ESOS 2009 - Plan B) and 22,615 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013. Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 29,843,753 equity shares of Rs. 10/-each to 29,880,440 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
