HDFC approves allotment of 338855 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

On December 07, 2015 Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has allotted 3,38,855 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 315,69,41,320 consisting of 157,84,70,660 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

Shares of HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1154.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1171.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 277363 in over 4994 trades.
