Capital Trade Links Ltd approves conversion of 389400 warrants

The Board of Directors of Capital Trade Links Ltd at its meeting held on December 07 2015, has approved the conversion of 389,400 warrants into equity shares.

As per the terms of the issue of Warrants, the Board of Directors has approved the conversion of 120000 and 269400 warrants into equity shares at Rs. 92 per equity share (including premium of Rs. 91 per equity share) to M/s. Ram Alloys Casting Private Limited and M/s. Nutek India Limited respectively against the warrants held by them.

Mr. Hariom Sharma is appointed as a Company Secretary of Company in place of Ms. Anshika Garg who has resigned from the services of the Company w.e.f. December 07, 2015.
