AXIS Bank Ltd approves allotment of 26500 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 26,500 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on December 03, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,70,14,630 (237,85,07,315 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,70,67,630 (237,85,33,815 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.458.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 461.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 422673 in over 6675 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 462.95 and intraday low of 457. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 194570903.
