Indovation Technologies Ltd calls for Board Meeting on Dec 17, 2015

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Indovation Technologies Ltd will be held on December 17, 2015, to increase the Authorised Share Capital from 30,00,000 (Thirty Lakhs) to 55,00,000 (Fifty Five Lakhs) Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The Board will consider and issue of 25,00,000 Equity Shares to the Promoters and persons other than promoters on Preferential Issue basis at a price determined in accordance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 and amended Regulation, 2013.

The Board will consider proposal to convene and hold Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Equity share holders of the Company for authorising the Board to issue and allot Equity Shares on preferential issue basis.

The Board will also consider and approve the appointment of Mr. Cyrus Katak as Director on the Board.
