Everest Industries Ltd approves allotment of 8811 Equity Shares under ESOS

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board of Everest Industries Ltd have allotted the Equity Shares to the Employees of the Company on December 02, 2015 under the Employees Stock Option Schemes.

7,771 Equity Shares were allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2010 and 1,040 Equity Shares were allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2011.
