SKS Microfinance Ltd approves allotment of 92355 equity Shares

On December 01, 2015, SKS Microfinance Ltd has allotted 92,355 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the employees who have exercised options under various SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plans. The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
