IVRCL Ltd approves allotment of 24226656 Equity Shares to CDR Lenders

IVRCL Ltd has made an allotment of 2,42,26,656 equity shares of Rs.2/- each, at issue price of Rs.24.39/- per share, on November 27, 2015 to CDR Lenders who have signed the Master Restructuring Agreement. This allotment is towards conversion of Funded Interest Term Loan (FITL ) into equity, for the period of July 01, 2015 to September 30, 2015.

Shares of IVRCL LTD was last trading in BSE at Rs.8.99 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 9.21. The total number of shares traded during the day was 286712 in over 457 trades.
