Yes Bank Ltd approves allotment of 56700 Shares

Yes Bank Ltd has allotted 56,700 (Fifty Six Thousand Seven Hundred) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on November 25, 2015 under the JESOP II, YBL ESOP and JESOP V/PESOP II Plans. The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,19,16,16,650 consisting of 41,91,61,665 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,19,21,83,650 consisting of 41,92,18,365 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of YES BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.761.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 749.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 233294 in over 6728 trades.
