Tanla Solutions Ltd approves proposal to issue warrants

The Board of Directors of Tanla Solutions Ltd at its meeting held on November 18, 2015, has considered the proposal for issue of 99,99,999 Warrants to Promoters of the Company pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011 and any other Rules / Regulations / Guidelines, if any, prescribed by the SEBI and all the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
