Fortis Healthcare Ltd approves allotment of 142300 Equity Shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Fortis Healthcare Ltd has approved allotment of 1,42,300 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, to the grantee, upon exercise of vested stock options.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 4,631,137,940/- divided into 463,113,794 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.

Shares of FORTIS HEALTHCARE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.164.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 160.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 211137 in over 3123 trades.
