Subex Ltd allots 4311884 shares on conversion of FCCBs

Subex Ltd has allotted 43,11,884 equity shares pursuant to the conversion of US$ 1,000,000 out of the Company's US$ 48.43 million bonds that are outstanding under the US$ 127,721,000 5.70 per cent secured convertible bonds due 2017 on November 16, 2015. Post the conversion, FCCBs aggregating to US$ 47.43 million are outstanding under the said Bonds.

Subject to the listing & trading approval of the NSE and BSE the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 3,13,60,61,600 to Rs. 3,17,91,80,440.

Shares of SUBEX LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.10.17 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 10.23. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2214430 in over 2908 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 10.49 and intraday low of 9.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 22577002.
