Mindteck (India) Ltd grants 38100 ESOP options

The Board of Directors of Mindteck (India) Ltd at its meeting held on November 13, 2015, has granted 27,600 ESOP Options under Mindteck Employee Stock Option Scheme 2005 and granted 10,500 ESOP Options under Mindteck Employee Stock Option Scheme 2008 to eligible employees at Rs. 130.80 per Option, being the closing price of the previous trading day of BSE.

26,900 shares were allotted under ESOP SCHEME 2005, out of which 2,800 were allotted to KMP. Under the ESOP SCHEME 2008, 49,498 shares were allotted. Out of this, 600 were allotted to KMP.

Shares of MINDTECK (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.124.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 130.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35157 in over 368 trades.
