Capital First Ltd approves grant of 52500 Stock Options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd vide Circular Resolution dated November 06, 2015 approved the grant of 52,500 Stock Options under various CFL Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Further, 22,000 Stock Options granted under the various CFL - Employee Stock Option Schemes stands cancelled and the said stock options shall be available for grant / re-issue under the said Schemes.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.372.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 370.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11877 in over 484 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 377 and intraday low of 365.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4438524.
