Astral Poly Technik Ltd allots 1385204 shares

On November 02, 2015, Astral Poly Technik Ltd has completed acquisition of balance 24% of equity share capital of Resinova Chemie Limited from Mr. Vijay Parikh at a consideration of Rs. 73 Crores. Accordingly, Resinova Chemie Limited has become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

On November 02, 2015, the Company has made an allotment 13,85,204 equity shares on preferential basis to Mr. Vijay Parikh at a price of Rs. 425.93/- per share aggregating to Rs. 59 Crores.
