Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd allots 49400 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Options Scheme

The Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd vide its resolution passed on November 02, 2015 issued and allotted 49,400 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- pursuant to exercise of options by certain applicants under the Company's Employees' Stock Option Scheme.

Consequent to the allotment the paid up capital of the Company has been increased from Rs. 3,232,522,450/- to Rs. 3,233,016,450/-.

Shares of Mahindra CIE Automotive Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.256.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 252.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 45599 in over 1395 trades.
