The Board of Directors of Maxwell Industries Ltd at its meeting held on October 26, 2015, has approved the allotment of 30,00,000 equity shares to promoters and promoter group of the company pursuant to conversion of 30,00,000 warrants.

Shares of MAXWELL INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.56 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 53.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 246178 in over 2050 trades.
