Celestial Biolabs Limited to issue 21 lakh warrants

The Board of Directors of Celestial Biolabs Ltd at its meeting held on October 22, 2015, have decided, subject to approval from shareholders, stock exchanges or any statutory body as may be required in this regard, to Issue 21,00,000 convertible warrants on preferential basis to promoters & non - promoter group.

Shares of Celestial Biolabs Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.19 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 18.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 37372 in over 199 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 19.2 and intraday low of 18.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 705819.
