Cairn India Ltd approves cancellation of stock options

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Directors of Cairn India Ltd, at its meeting held on October 21, 2015, has approved the cancellation of stock options.

Under Cairn India Employee Stock Option Plan (CIESOP) - 2006, 185,644 stock options were cancelled and 178669 options were cancelled under Cairn India Performance Option Plan (CIPOP) - 2006.

Shares of CAIRN INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.154.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 153.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 239140 in over 3193 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 154.9 and intraday low of 151.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 36668300.
