Kajaria Ceramics Ltd Grants 229000 Options under Employees Stock Options Plan

Kajaria Ceramics Ltd has granted 2,29,000 options to its employees on October 20, 2015 under "Kajaria Ceramics Employees Stock Options Plan 2015" at the exercise price of Rs. 850 per option.

Further one equity share of Rs. 2/- each is covered by each option. The options issued are exercisable at "exercise price" as defined in SEBI (SBEB) Regulations 2014, in a phased manner after a minimum vesting period of 24 months but before exercise period of 8 years from the date of grant.

This scheme is in terms of SEBI (SBEB) Regulations 2014.
