Tech Mahindra Ltd allots 3770467 shares

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced the resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the Company on October 19, 2015 for issue and allotment of a total of 37,70,467 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants.

1450 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000 and 6900 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.

3626672 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010 and 110855 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.

24590 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.
