CRISIL Ltd allots 270515 shares under Employees Stock Option Schemes of the Company

The Board of Directors of CRISIL Ltd at its meeting held on October 17, 2015, has allotted 270515 equity shares of CRISIL Limited of face value of Re. 1/- each to the employees of the Company.

9,700 (Nine Thousand, Seven Hundred) equity shares were allotted pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2011 (ESOS - 2011) and 1,81,715 (One lakh, Eighty One Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifteen) equity shares pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2012 (ESOS - 2012) and 79,100 (Seventy Nine Thousand, One Hundred) equity shares pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2014 (ESOS - 2014).
