The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Navin Fluorine International Ltd have on October 14, 2015 allotted 8,100 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- of the Company to the employees upon exercising Stock Options by them under the prevailing Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007 of the Company.
